Free Consult Call
Our journey begins with a free consult call to get to know you and your vision. This is where we dive into understanding your brand, goals, and aspirations. Following our conversation, you'll receive a detailed project proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and investment needed to bring your vision to life.
Onboarding
Once the proposal is accepted, we move into the onboarding phase. You'll gain access to our client portal, where you'll find your contract and a comprehensive questionnaire. This helps us gather all the essential information to tailor our design process to your needs.
Brand Strategy
In this stage, we kick off with a deep-dive call to discuss the questionnaire, to best understand your brand's core values and target audience. We then conduct thorough research into your industry, competitors and trends to inform our creative direction. You'll receive a proposal that includes moodboards, laying the foundation for a cohesive brand identity.
Creative Direction
This is where the magic happens. We start with initial sketches and present the chosen concept for your approval. Once you’re happy with the direction, we move forward with a 2nd invoice and offer two rounds of revisions to fine-tune the design.
Brand Assets
Depending on your chosen package, we create various brand assets that reflect your new identity. These touchpoints can include business cards, social media graphics, website elements, and more, ensuring your brand is consistently represented across all platforms.
Offboarding
As we wrap up our project, the final invoice is paid, and we package all your files, including brand guidelines that outline how to use your new assets effectively. You’ll also receive a goodbye pack with a few surprises to celebrate your new brand identity.
